Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains what Photon Technology International LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use our games or this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. It covers Ballvolt, Tap Traffic and https://photontechs.com.

The short version

  • We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not want your name, email or phone number to let you play.
  • Your game progress is stored on your own device, not on our servers.
  • Our games show advertising. Advertising partners collect device and usage data in order to serve and measure those ads.
  • We use aggregate analytics and crash reporting to find bugs and see which levels are too hard.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Information you give us

Only what you choose to send. If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message, and we keep it as long as we need to resolve the issue.

Information collected automatically in the games

  • Device and technical data such as device model, operating system version, language, region, screen size and general performance characteristics.
  • Advertising identifiers such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Google Advertising ID, where you have permitted their use.
  • Gameplay events such as levels started and completed, session length and in-game progression, in aggregate.
  • Crash and diagnostic reports including stack traces and the device state at the moment of a crash.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address at country or region level. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Information collected on this website

This website is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run a tracking pixel. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

Why we process it

  • To run the game — loading your local save, adjusting to your device, and keeping the game stable.
  • To fund the game — serving advertising, including rewarded video you choose to watch, and measuring whether those ads worked.
  • To improve the game — understanding which levels players quit on and which bugs affect the most people.
  • To meet legal obligations and to protect against fraud and abuse.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are legitimate interests for stability and product improvement, consent for personalised advertising and any non-essential tracking, and legal obligation where the law requires it.

Third parties

We use third-party SDKs inside the games for advertising, attribution and crash reporting. These providers act as independent controllers or as processors depending on the service, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it collects.

The categories of provider we work with are advertising networks and mediation platforms, mobile analytics providers, and crash reporting services. If you would like the current list of named providers for a specific title, email support@photontechs.com and we will send it.

Children

Our games are rated for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a store designates one of our games as suitable for children, we configure the advertising SDKs to request only non-personalised, child-directed advertising for those users. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email support@photontechs.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • Advertising identifier. On iOS, revoke tracking permission under Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking. On Android, delete or reset your advertising ID under Settings, Google, Ads.
  • Deleting your data. Uninstalling a game removes its local save from your device. To ask us to delete data held by us or by our providers, write to support@photontechs.com with the subject "Privacy request".
  • Access, correction and portability. If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or another region with equivalent rights, you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to certain processing. Use the same address above.
  • Do not sell or share. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, revoke the advertising identifier as described above.

Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained in aggregate for as long as they remain useful for product decisions, and typically no longer than 26 months at event level. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after a case is closed.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or another approved transfer mechanism.

Security

We limit what we collect in the first place, which is the most effective control available to us. Data in transit is encrypted, and access to any data we hold is restricted to the people who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the games themselves.
