The studio

We make games for the thirty seconds you actually have.

Photon Technology International LLC is an independent developer of instant-play arcade games. Everything we ship is free, tiny, and built to be understood without a tutorial.

One input, split into everything downstream. It is a reasonable picture of how a game gets made.

What we believe

Most mobile games spend their first minute asking for things: an account, a notification permission, a rating, a purchase. We think that minute is the only one you are guaranteed, so we spend it on the game.

That belief turns into concrete constraints. A build has a megabyte budget. A control scheme has one touch point. A first session has no gate in it. When a feature cannot survive those constraints, it does not ship.

How we work

We prototype the core loop before anything else exists. If the loop is not fun as a grey box with no art, no amount of progression systems will save it. Most prototypes die here, and that is the point.

What survives gets built out with progression that respects the player: things to unlock, never things to wait for. No energy meters, no forced sessions, no dark patterns to squeeze a retention metric.

Capabilities

What we can build

Native mobile

Shipping and maintaining live titles on the App Store and Google Play, including store compliance, ratings and release management.

HTML5 instant play

Web builds sized for embedded platforms: small initial bundles, fast time-to-interactive, responsive across every aspect ratio.

Hypercasual design

One-mechanic games with a readable loop, tuned difficulty curves and progression that unlocks rather than gates.

Ad monetisation

Rewarded and interstitial placements integrated so they feel like an option the player takes, not a toll they pay.

Live operations

Daily missions, seasonal content and balance passes driven by what players actually do in the game.

Porting

Bringing an existing title to a new platform under that platform's size, input and certification requirements.
